Section 8:43D-3.3 - Exit access passageways and corridors

The width of passageways, aisles and corridors for new buildings shall be in compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, 5:23-3.14. The width of passageways, aisles and corridors for renovations and alterations to existing buildings shall comply with New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23-6, Rehabilitation Subcode.
