Only facilities licensed as pediatric community transitional homes may describe and offer themselves to the public as providing pediatric community transitional home services. Violation of this requirement shall constitute operation of a health care facility without a license, and shall be subject to penalty in accordance with 26:2H-14 and N.J.A.C. 8:43E.
