Section 8:2B-2.3 - Fee for filing an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership

(a) The fee for filing an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership shall be consistent with the fee established for the issuance of a marriage license as set forth in 37:1-12.1.

(b) The local registrar shall collect the fees from applicants for domestic partnership and shall forward those fees to the Department on a quarterly basis.
