Section 8:21-3A.6 - Denial of application

The Department shall have the right to deny an application for registration if it determines the granting of such registration would not be in the public interest or for submitting false information on an application. Public interest considerations shall be based upon factors and qualifications that are directly related to the protection of the public health and safety as delineated in 8:21-3A.5.
