Section 8:21-10.6 - Inspection of dairy farms and milk plants

(a) Section 5. "Inspection of Dairy Farms and Milk Plants" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is adopted with the following additional requirements:

1. References to Section 3. of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance regarding the suspension/revocation of permits will be accomplished pursuant to 24:10-57.8 and the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
