Section 8:21-10.3 - Adulterated or misbranded milk

Section 2. "Adulterated or Misbranded Milk or Milk Products" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is not adopted and is replaced with the statutes governing adulterated or misbranded milk found at 24:5-8 and 24:5-17.
