Section 8:21-10.19 - Separability clause

Section 18. "Separability Clause" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is not adopted. The administration of these rules shall be in conformance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1, and N.J.A.C. 1:30.
