Section 8:21-10.18 - Repeal and date of effect

Section 17. "Repeal and Date of Effect" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is not adopted. The repeal of existing rules and date of effect of these rules shall be in conformance with the Administrative Procedure Act. 52:14B-1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 1:30.
