Section 8:21-10.16 - Enforcement

Section 15. "Enforcement" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is not adopted. The enforcement of this subchapter will be in accordance with N.J.S.A. 24:1 et seq., the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
