Section 8:111-21.5 - Water supply
(a) The facility shall use a water supply for drinking or culinary purposes that is adequate in quantity, of a safe and sanitary quality, and from a water system constructed, protected, operated, and maintained in conformance with the New Jersey Safe Drinking Water Act, 58:12A-1 et seq., N.J.A.C. 7:10, and local laws, ordinances and regulations, with no back siphonage conditions present.
(b) The facility shall maintain the temperature of the hot water used for hand washing between 95 degrees and 120 degrees Fahrenheit (35 to 49 degrees Celsius) and the temperature of the hot water used for client bathing between 95 degrees and 110 degrees Fahrenheit (35 to 43 degrees Celsius).
(c) The facility shall use a sewage disposal system maintained in good repair and operated in compliance with State and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
