Section 8:111-17.3 - Complaints
(a) The administrator shall provide all clients and their families with the name, address, and telephone number of the following State office to which clients and their families may submit complaints:

(b) The facility shall develop a policy and procedure in which clients are able to voice grievances or recommend changes of policies and services to agency personnel and the governing authority without fear of reprisal.
