Section 7:27-29.6 - ZEV sales requirement

(a) Beginning on January 1, 2009, for vehicles manufactured in model year 2009 through model year 2025, each manufacturer shall comply with the ZEV sales requirement at Title 13, CCR, Section 1962, including early credit and banking provisions.

(b) An intermediate volume or large volume manufacturer of ZEVs, ATPZEVs and PZEVs may use vehicle equivalent credits in accordance with Title 13, CCR, Section 1962, to offset the ZEV Sales Requirement of (a) above.
