Section Saf-C 909.14 - Granting of Renewal Medical Waiver(a) The commissioner shall grant a renewal medical waiver in the event that doing so would not jeopardize public safety pursuant to Saf-C 909.13(b).(b) In the event the commissioner grants a renewal medical waiver, they shall notify the driver-applicant, the medical examiner, and the co-applicant, if applicable, of the terms of the waiver.(c) A renewal waiver shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date the renewal waiver is granted, unless otherwise specified by the department upon the recommendation of a medical examiner.N.H.
