"Documents" mean all information, including digital and analog supporting documentation such as, but not limited to toll receipts, fuel receipts, lodging, meals, repair receipts, bills of lading, and dispatch records, which is directly or indirectly related to the motor carrier's operation, maintained in the ordinary course of business or used by the motor carrier to verify the information recorded on the driver's record of duty status.
