Section Saf-C 8105.03 - Allocation of Plumbing and Mechanical Fees

Any permit and re-inspection fees pertaining to plumbing and mechanical permits issued under these rules and collected by the state fire marshal shall be deposited into the general fund pursuant to RSA 153:28, II.
