Section Saf-C 8103.01 - Application Procedure(a) For the purposes of this section, the state fire marshal shall issue permits for applicable construction projects in accordance with the state building code adopted pursuant to RSA 155-A.(b) Permit applications shall be made by the property owner on form DSFM 106 "State Building Permit Application" (rev. 8/16) and filed with the state fire marshal.(c) Permit applications shall be filed no less than 30 days prior to the intended start date of the construction.N.H.
