Section Saf-C 8102.04 - Gross Square Footage

"Gross Square Footage" means the total area encompassing the scope of the construction work as measured from the outside perimeter of the exterior walls, including balconies, porches and decks but excluding unfinished attics, crawl spaces and unoccupied, unfinished below grade spaces.
