Section Saf-C 8008.01 - Renewal Notice(a) The department shall notify the individual license holder by first class mail, at least 30 days prior to the expiration of a license, of the following: (1) The date that the license expires; and(2) The requirements for the renewal of the license, pursuant to these rules.(b) All renewal notices shall be sent to the license holder's last known address.
