Section Saf-C 7010.04 - Authorized Usage(a) The system may be used for incidents such as severe weather, evacuations, escaped and dangerous prisoners, amber alerts, hazardous material incidents or other public safety issues.(b) The system shall not be used for non-emergency messages which are not directly related to public safety issues.N.H.
