Section Saf-C 7002.22 - Prepaid commercial mobile radio service provider

"Prepaid commercial mobile radio service provider" means a natural person or any other person, including any firm, corporation, partnership, or business organization, that provides prepaid commercial mobile radio service pursuant to a license issued by the federal communications commission.
