Section Saf-C 702.03 - Submitting the Application

(a) The application shall be submitted to the:

Office of the Commissioner, Dept. of Safety

Concord , New Hampshire 03305

(b) If an application is found to be incomplete, the railroad shall be notified in writing within 30 days of the date the application is received by the department.
