Section Saf-C 6903.05 - Permit Application Approval(a) If the state fire marshal determines that the application and plan pursuant to Saf-C 6903.04(a) and (b) meet the requirements of Saf-C 6903.03, the state fire marshal shall issue a permit that authorizes the person to use pyrotechnic effects or flame effects in accordance with the plan submitted, including any special requirements for the performance established by the local fire official or the state fire marshal, pursuant to Saf-C 6903.04(a).(b) The permit shall be signed by the state fire marshal or and forwarded to the applicant.(c) Prior to the performance or event, the state fire marshal shall schedule a demonstration inspection of the effect(s) with the local fire official and the operator.N.H.
