Section Saf-C 6609.04 - Denying Exception or Exemption(a) The commissioner shall deny a request for exception or exemption if the requestor does not demonstrate: (1) The need for an exception or exemption;(2) That the public health, safety and welfare will not be compromised; or(3) Any other reason that would be contrary to the intent of these rules and RSA 107-D.
