Section Saf-C 6607.01 - Bond Required(a) Pursuant to RSA 107-D:6, all applicants for a permit shall provide proof of a bond or indemnity insurance of at least $25,000,000.(b) The bond shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
