Section Saf-C 6605.03 - Review of Application(a) Upon receipt of a completed application, the commissioner shall review the application to determine whether it complies with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.(b) Upon receipt of a completed application, the department shall notify the office of emergency management.(c) An application shall be available to the public unless RSA 91-A:5 or a comparable federal law is applicable.N.H.
