Section Saf-C 6601.02 - Scope(a) The scope of these rules is limited to cases where no federal law or regulation supersedes or conflicts with the provisions contained herein. In the event of conflict between a federal law or regulation and these rules, the federal law or regulation shall control.(b) Compliance with these rules shall be in addition to any federal requirements.(c) These rules shall not apply to federal government shipments specified in RSA 107-D:7.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 6601.02
