Section Saf-C 6501.02 - Scope(a) These rules shall apply to all individuals who are court or department ordered to install ignition interlock devices and to interlock service providers for use in the state.(b) The requirements of these rules to ignition interlock service providers shall also apply to its third party providers, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.N.H.
