Section Saf-C 6301.12 - Certification of breath test operator

"Certification of breath test operator" means a 12 month period in which a law enforcement officer, who meets requirements of Saf-C 6303.02, is authorized to conduct an analysis of a person's breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol concentration.
