Section Saf-C 6107.05 - Revocation of Course Provider Approval(a) A course provider approved by the commissioner, pursuant to RSA 270-D:10 and these rules, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, shall have his or her approval revoked by the department if:(1) The course provider violated any statute or rule adopted thereunder relative to safe boater education; or(2) The course provider provided false or misleading information to the department on his or her application or as part of the approval process.N.H.
