Section Saf-C 6105.02 - Safe Boater Education Certificate(a) Upon the receipt of the required application, the division shall issue a certificate to the applicant.(b) The certificate shall contain a unique number that corresponds to the individual named on the certificate.(c) Certificates shall be valid for the lifetime of the holder.(d) Certificates shall not be transferable.N.H.
