Section Saf-C 6105.01 - Application for Safe Boater Education Certificate

(a) To obtain a safe boater education certificate, an applicant shall:

(1) Complete, sign and submit form DSSS 94, "Temporary Boater Education Certificate", revised 12/2017; and

(2) Provide a copy of a proof of competency document, pursuant to Saf-C 6104.04; and

(3) Submit the fee of $10.00
