Section Saf-C 6005.01 - Applicability of Local Ordinances

The state fire marshal shall determine whether any local law or ordinances and their application and enforcement provide an equivalent or greater degree of safety than that provided under the provisions of the fire code, and if not, the state fire code shall apply.
