Section Saf-C 5917.11 - Wheelchair Vans for Hire Inspection and Reinspection Procedures(a) The division, prior to the issuance of a wheelchair vans for hire license, shall conduct an initial inspection of all chair vans, as applicable.(b) Initial inspections shall be conducted within 30 days of acceptance of an application for a chair van license.(c) Inspections shall be conducted in accordance with Saf-C 5906.07 and Saf-C 5917.11, with the exception of Saf-C 5906.07(d)(3) which shall be satisfied by a test of the 2-way communication capability with the company's dispatch center.N.H.
