Section Saf-C 5909.01 - EMS I/C General Requirements(a) Each applicant seeking licensure for an EMS I/C license shall complete a division approved instructor training program. The division shall approve instructor training programs that meet or exceed the standards of the USDOT, NHTSA, EMS instructor training program national standard curriculum, dated 2002, available at https://one.nhtsa.gov/people/injury/ems/instructor/instructor_ems/2002_national_guidelines.htm.(b) Upon successful completion of the instructor training program set forth in (a) above, the applicant shall complete a final cognitive examination and a final practical examination approved by the division.N.H.
