Section Saf-C 5901.63 - Medical director

"Medical director" means a medical resource hospital physician who has the oversight of the following:

(a) Education;

(b) Leadership;

(c) Advice;

(d) Critiques;

(e) Performance improvement;

(f) Medications; and

(g) Treatment modalities.
