Section Saf-C 5704.06 - Dissemination Prohibited(a) The superintendent or the chief executive officer receiving the results shall maintain the confidentiality of all criminal history records received and shall not further disseminate the information or record to anyone else.(b) In accordance with RSA 189:13-a, III, the superintendent or the chief executive officer receiving criminal history records information that contain no criminal record shall be destroyed immediately following review of the information. If the criminal history records information does indicate a criminal record, the superintendent or the chief executive officer, as applicable, shall destroy the records within 60 days of receipt of the criminal history record.N.H.
