Section Saf-C 5703.01 - Limits for Reporting(a) All CJAs shall report all arrests for felonies, misdemeanors, and violations committed under RSA title LXII and all dispositions to the central repository within 90 days of the occurrence, for inclusion on the master history record.(b) All CJAs shall notify the central repository of the final disposition of all arrests within 90 days of the finding.N.H.
