Section Saf-C 5701.13 - Non-conviction data"Non-conviction data" means information indicating:
(a) An arrest without disposition if one year has elapsed from the date of arrest and no active prosecution of the charge is pending;(b) That the law enforcement agency has elected not to refer a matter to a prosecutor;(c) That a prosecutor has elected not to commence criminal proceedings;(d) That proceedings have been indefinitely postponed; or(e) An acquittal or dismissal.N.H.
