Section Saf-C 5608.02 - Bulk Data Fees(a) Bulk records are provided in electronic format.(b) The fees for bulk data shall be as specified in the fee schedule adopted by the Commissioner. The fee schedule shall be available from the Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, 23 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03305.(c) The commissioner shall have the final decision as to whether a requestor is charged a fee on a per record basis or charged an annual file fee.(d) The commissioner may waive or reduce fees for good cause.N.H.
