Section Saf-C 5605.15 - Acknowledgment of Signature by a Justice of the Peace or a Notary Public

A notary public or justice of the peace acknowledging a person's signature, pursuant to these rules, shall not be the same person designated as the authorized recipient of another person's motor vehicle records, or the same person consenting to the release of his/her motor vehicle record.
