Section Saf-C 5605.12 - Release of Information During Hearings Conducted by the Department of Safety

Information inserted in motor vehicles files such as reports of hearings examiners or any other orders issued by a hearings examiner, shall not be considered information which is prohibited from disclosure under RSA 260:14.
