Section Saf-C 5602.10 - Bulk User Requirements: Multiple Use Authorization(a) Pursuant to RSA 260:14, XV(a) the commissioner may approve requests from a legitimate business for multiple uses of motor vehicle records if the commissioner determines that the request is in compliance with RSA 260:14.(b) Requestors shall also post a bond if required by the commissioner. The amount of the bond shall be determined by the commissioner based on the volume of use, number of clients, and requestor's data privacy and security policy.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5602.10
