Section Saf-C 5505.04 - Law Enforcement List(a) The division shall maintain a law enforcement list of all tier I, tier II, and tier III offenders required to register pursuant to RSA 651-B, and all offenders reported to the division pursuant to RSA 651-B:4.(b) The law enforcement list shall include the information outlined in RSA 651-B:7, II.(c) The law enforcement list shall not be made available to the public but shall be made available to law enforcement officials for valid law enforcement purposes.N.H.
