Section Saf-C 5504.02 - Distribution of DSSP 311

(a) Within 5 days of completion of form DSSP 311, the local law enforcement agency shall distribute the form as specified in Saf-C 5503.01(c).

(b) Upon receipt of the copy of the form, the division shall enter the information into the SOR.
