Section Saf-C 5502.04 - Review of Registration Requirement(a) Any sexual offender or offender against children who is required to register pursuant to RSA 651-B:1, V(c) or RSA 651-B:1, VII(d), may request in writing that the division review his or her registration requirement when he or she has a good faith belief that he or she is no longer required to register pursuant to the law in the jurisdiction where the offense occurred.(b) Upon receipt of a request pursuant to (a) above, the division shall review the sexual offender or offender against children's registration requirements in accordance with RSA 651-B and these rules.N.H.
