Section Saf-C 5403.01 - Applicant for Transportation Network Company Permit(a) An applicant for a transportation network company permit shall be an individual person or a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity who is seeking a permit to be issued in the name of such person or legal entity.(b) In the case of a permit application by a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, a person with authority to bind the legal entity shall sign the application.N.H.
