Section Saf-C 5402.05 - Checks(a) Post-dated checks shall not be accepted.(b) Checks shall be for the exact amount due to the division.(c) No 2-party check shall be accepted except as provided in (d) below.(d) A 2-party check shall be accepted if: (1) The state of New Hampshire is one of the parties;(2) The applicant is the other party; and(3) The check is for the exact amount due to the division.(e) No check shall be accepted which is dated more than 90 days prior to receipt.
