Section Saf-C 5402.02 - Incomplete Form(a) The Form RDMV 104 (rev 1/18) shall be reviewed by the division in accordance with RSA 541-A:29.(b) The submitting party shall be notified of any apparent errors or omissions and allowed to resubmit the form to the division.
