Section Saf-C 5401.13 - Rider

"Rider" means "transportation network company rider" as defined in RSA 376-A:1, VII, namely, "a person who uses a transportation network company's digital network to connect with a transportation network driver who provides prearranged rides to the rider in the driver's personal vehicle between points chosen by the rider."
