On Saturdays and Sundays, no person shall operate a motorboat at a speed greater than headway speed upon the waters of Silver Lake in the towns of Harrisville and Nelson, provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m.
